Noenoelani Zuttermeister Lewis (b. 1945) and her daughter, Hau'olionalani Lewis (b. 1966), of Kane'ohe, O'ahu, are descendants of the hula pahu tradition of Samuel Pua Ha'aheo (1886-1953). Here they perform a mele hula pahu, a text with dance in which they accompany themselves on the pahu and puniu drums.
