Smithsonian Folkways Trivia!
Each month we'll ask a trivia question; email your answer, name, and address with the subject "September Trivia" to SmithsonianFolkways@si.edu by September 30th and a randomly selected entrant with the correct answer will win a free CD of his or her choice!

September Question: Songwriter and performer Johnny Irion, Sarah Lee Guthrie's husband, is also related to a famous American cultural figure. Who?

Congratulations to last month's winner, Mike from Falls Church, VA, who correctly answered "'Uncle John's Band' by the Grateful Dead" to August's question: One of the most popular songs by a legendary rock band was inspired by The New Lost City Ramblers and its member John Cohen. What is the song?
