Smithsonian Folkways Trivia!
Each month we'll ask a trivia question; email your answer, name, and address with the subject "February Trivia" to smithsonianfolkways@si.edu by February 28th and a randomly selected entrant with the correct answer will win a free CD of his or her choice!

February Question: This actor, best known for a role in the television series Hawaii Five-0, recorded a spoken word album for Folkways in 1965.

Congratulations to last month's winner, Patrick from Oak Ridge, TN, who correctly answered "Concertina," an accordion-like instrument. We also accepted "Melodeon" (also known as a Cajun Accordion), which from photos/recordings is likely what Lead Belly played, though he always referred to it as a concertina. January's question was: Lead Belly played the 12-string guitar, harmonica, piano, and violin. But what instrument, also known as the win'jammer, was his first?
